  • Partnered with Kidspod to identify key pain points, develop actionable roadmaps, and implement solutions that increase value and expand audience reach by 3% in 25 days.
  • Created a strategic plan for the newly established nonprofit LexiRay, defining services, audience, goals, and funding strategies. Established Board of Directors as a first key deliverable.
